Christmas wreath making

Foraging amongst the hedgerow...

Foraging amongst the hedgerow between the hore frosts and the imminent snow, can give you a bounty of beautiful evergreen boughs with which to decorate the house this Christmas. Twist them round a wired base of moss and you can create a welcoming seasonal wreath for a door or simply tuck them behind picture frames and you have a wonderful smelling holiday ahead of you, as you snuggle down this Winter.

A big lush velvet ribbon bow, some fallen feathers or a few sprays of wax flowers from the flower stall at Fakenham Thursday market can transform our foraged branches into something magical! We are very pleased with our Ivy trailing wreath we made this week and keep moving it from door to door in excitement!
